Valentines has come and gone. It usually isn't a big deal, but we decided to do a little something special. We came up with a special dinner. Daniel and I have never had much luck with Valentines day dinner. It usually ends up going to two restaurants and finally getting into the last restaurant starving to death, being onery and scarfing down food; barely talking to each other. Now we just stay in and make our own dinners, which is cheaper anyways. We made these awesome salmon kebabs with a shrimp appetizer.
We also have a funny tradition of Daniel making me cards and I usually buy some cheap cheesy card that somehow is perfect for Daniel. Daniel is getting really good at the cards. I don't know if you can see all the pictures, but he wrote four things that we could do for Valentine's Day. I know you can't read what any of them are, but one is listening to him prattle on about math, two is receiving flowers, three is making out, and four is watching Battlestar Galactica on the couch. Romantic Huh!

Happy birthday a day late. I was thinking about you all day, but did not sit down for two seconds to write a note. Hope you had a great day.
Love the card!!!
